Midtown Plaza Apartments takes pride in our service and apartment quality, and we enjoy providing residents with a comfortable living space in a pleasant suburban neighborhood. We understand many people have questions about what we offer and what to expect when living in our apartment community in Denver, CO. These questions range from details about included appliances to access to the city’s amenities. Are your apartments smoke-free?


Do you require renter’s insurance?

Renters insurance is required with $100,000 of liability coverage. We also can provide renters insurance.

What is your pet policy?

Midtown Plaza Apartments is a pet-friendly residential community. We welcome various breeds of animals and allow residents to have a maximum of two pets in each home. Pets require a $350 Pet Deposit, and the pet fee is $35 per pet.

Are your apartments furnished?

We have the ability to furnish units. They are about $250-350 more per month.

What if I have a maintenance emergency?

We strive for a quick and efficient Maintenance team. If you have a maintenance emergency, submit a request through our Resident Portal. You can also call our direct line, and after-hours there is an answering service that can dispatch our maintenance tech for emergencies.

What apartment amenities do you offer?

Our apartments, townhomes, and houses feature dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, ovens, washers and dryers in some, heating, and air conditioning, and our community features a dog park and community deck area in a pleasant, suburban atmosphere.

Are utilities included?

Utilities are billed to the resident. Xcel power is gotten in the resident’s name, and WST is billed monthly.

What is your COVID policy?

Masks are required for all showings. We comply with Colorado masking rules.

What’s the average rent for a one-bedroom?


Do you have on-site management?

We do not have on-site management, however, we have maintenance available 24 hours a day and usually can have someone onsite during business hours within the hour. We also have 24-hour answering service.

Do you offer flexible lease terms?

We have a 10-month minimum and 15-month maximum on lease terms.

What do I need to qualify for an apartment?

We require two months’ work of paystubs or an offer letter and valid government issued ID.

Is there a security deposit and application fee?

Yes. The security deposit starts at starts at $600, and our application fee is $50.

Can I take an apartment tour?

Yes, we can schedule a tour for you.

Are there income restrictions?

You must make 2.5 times the rent.

How many bedrooms do your apartments include?

Our selection of floor plans includes studio, one-bedroom, and two-bedroom options.

Do you have parking available on-site?

Midtown Plaza Apartments includes parking as a part of living in one of our apartments, townhouses, or houses. Parking is decaled, and each leased resident gets one parking decal.
